The second show in the IT Kanban podcast series. Benjamin Mitchell, Karen Rodgers and Kevin Ryan are joined by Jim Benson who provides some fascinating insights into the application of Kanban and other lean agile management techniques.
Jim describes his experiences working with teams and how Kanban and visualization have helped organizations overcome the stress of knowledge work. Jim also discusses some common agile anti patterns such as isolated teams and lack of thought in planning. The conversation also covers how our cognitive bias affects agile planning and some of the pitfalls associated with story point estimation.
