This is the first show in the IT Kanban podcast series. Benjamin Mitchell, Karen Rodgers and Kevin Ryan introduce the podcast and briefly discuss some of the ideas behind the IT Kanban Framework. They are joined by Mattias Skarrin who shares some of his experiences gained working with companies and applying lean and agile practices in the information technology industry.

Mattias is an experienced agile coach and practitioner in the use of both Scrum and Kanban, and has a keen focus on finding better ways to deliver IT products and services. He speaks candidly regarding his own experiences and how to guide organisations to establish a working environment that is good for all involved from the customer to the development team.
